Shipping Method

Quokki Universe™ ships all plush orders within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage™.

This service includes tracking and typically delivers within 2–5 business days.

Flat Rate Shipping.

Most plush orders ship in a compact box weighing approximately 1 lb when packaged. A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.95 is applied at checkout for standard domestic orders.

Optional Expedited Shipping

USPS Priority Mail may be offered at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days). Priority shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. To initiate a return, customers must contact support with their order number.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders enter fulfillment and must follow the return policy. )
